Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to purchase tickets?
No, the Art Olympics preliminary rounds are free! However, tickets are required for the ArtFusion event finals at The Dome.
We provide discounts to active military members, veterans, seniors, and first responders. Children under 10 who are accompanied by an adult get in for FREE.

What do I get for winning the preliminaries?
By moving past the preliminary stages, artists receive strong marketing support from the Abstrakt Arts Foundation to help them advance to the finals at The Dome. This gives all competitors plenty of time to focus on marketing their competition to the St. Louis community while preparing for the main event.
Who’s judging my work?
Each competition will have its own committees and a panel of judges from regional universities, colleges, and local businesses. ArtFusion is for St. Louis, by St. Louis.
Is there a semi-final round?
For artists competing in our music category, there will be a Battle of the Bands competition at the National Blues Museum in August. Crowd participation is a major part of the voting process, so make sure your band puts itself out there as much as possible to increase your chances of winning and advancing to the finals!
